Rates

Bill’s rates are competitive or less than equally experienced, qualified and busy mediators. He generally allocates his time between full days and half days.

A mediation is the most cost effective step in a lawsuit. Other steps generate significant expense and may or may not change the course of a lawsuit. A mediation, with a prepared and experienced mediator, has a high probability of producing a settlement and ending the significant ongoing cost of a lawsuit.

Our rates include all administrative aspects of arranging a mediation, a very thorough review of all material delivered by counsel, conducting the mediation and following up where appropriate to produce a settlement.

Quick mediation; Certificate of mediator

On agreement of all parties and counsel, on very short notice, we can set up and conduct a telephone mediation that will produce a Certificate of Mediator, filed with the court.

Video conference

Mediate by video conference. Highly efficient, highly effective. Shorten your commute, increase productivity and reduce expense.
